2. Why the Saudi depended on USA?

You have probably heard from the media that Saudi Arabia, under the de facto leadership of Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman (MBS), has expressed its interest in breaking away from the USA and working more closely with China and Russia, even joining the BRICS confederation.

Such an aspiration would have been unthinkable until recently, when Saudi Arabia and the other Gulf States depended entirely on cooperation with the USA. Not the military protection by the USA, but two important technical applications were the reason for this existential dependence, namely Nuclear Fracking of oil, natural gas and condensates and water supply by Climate Control!

3. Why the Saudis now want to cooperate with Russia & China?

Given the reasonable assumption that China and Russia will not allow US weather drones into their own airspace to create artificial tornadoes like the following examples over lakes, I assume that both the Russians and the Chinese are using them to demonstrate that they master one of the key technologies of geophysical warfare and commercial water management by climate control!

This falls a very important bastion of the USA, for which they were previously a monopolist! Here are the examples:

If they have weather drones based on the example of the AvroCar VZ-9 prototypes, they can lift water from any lake or sea, purifying and desalinating it and moving it over a longer distance across the airspace and bringing it down in the target area!

Thus, the countries on the Arabian Peninsula do not have to fear that they won't be able to produce oil, natural gas and condensates due to a lack of water and practice large-scale desert agriculture, if they want to do without the water supply provided by US climate control. They can now fully rely on cooperation with Russia and China.

Please find and provide examples weather control (long term climate control) by weather drones from around the world to comment here. I think that you will only be able to better understand the complex relationships, if you deal with the matter by using concrete terms and observing real cases.
