What You should know about VitaminD?

1. The basis of VitaminD, which is Calcitriol in its active form is enough CHOLESTEROL in Your skin! So high cholesterol levels only indicate, that Your body did not get enough sunlight to process it into ....

So high cholesterol only means that You miss many existential metabolites of cholesterol, only because You miss sunlight!

2. About 10 to 15 minutes exposure to UVB rich sunlight delivers only about 1000 IU. For the required 10,000 to 20,000 IU You would need to stay with bare skin under unhindered sunlight in the noon for about 2,5 hours, if Your skin pigmentation is endemic to the sunlight strength of Your region.

3. People with less pigmentation as a natural protective regulator for UV intensity risk to get skin burn if they move to a region with more sunlight, e.g. if a Scandinavian moves to the Mediterranean country.

4. People with more pigmentation as a natural protective regulator for UV intensity risk to become sick because of acute and chronic VitaminD deficiency when they move from their endemic near Equator to weak sunlight regions. A central African person would need to walk with bare skin for more than about 15 hours, if he moves to Scandinavia. But this is impossible, as it is very cold in Scandinavia and in winter season this region gets nearly no UVB rays. So also walking naked wouldn't bring any benefit. Even the pale Scandinavians can survive there only because of their high vitaminD diet.

5. With tropospheric and stratosperic SRM (Solar Radiation Management = Sunlight Robbery Menace) the natural balance of sunlight and vitaminD gets eliminated. Not a single living create can adapt to SRM conditions. All suffer from sunlight deficiency, get sick and die in short, middle and long term, depending on the strength of SRM impact!

We, the humans were created under the powerful sunlight of the Equator, without feathers, without a fur, naked to get most from feeding and healing radiation of our Sun.

The only adaption to the intensity of sunlight was and is the pigmentation of our skin, that the daily production of VitaminD is balanced to 10.000 to 20.000 I.U. (International Units). Therefore we have darker skin under the Equator and become more pale when we move away to regions with less UV-B radiation. Near the North-Pole, e.g. in Norway, Finland people have nearly no pigmentation. The sunlight is so week, that they need to get more VitaminD from food, like fish oil, raw meat of whales, seals and fish, which all contain that cholesterol.

Geoengineering SRM is causing acute VitaminD deficiency, because its main target is the abuse of thermal to lift the humid air to upper part of Troposphere by creating artificial aerosol cover clouds.

Following video is very informative, except it ignores that the natural production capacity of a grown up person is 10.000 IU to 20.000 IU per day.

There is a recommendation about 10 to 15 minutes a day would be enough, but this applies only for 1000 IU. So for the required 10.000 IU it would be 100 to 150 minutes for a white skin person in Europe, but under the same conditions of sunlight an elderly European would need up to 25 hours. So there must be something wrong with the 1000 IU in the video. However, we may consider that the covering of the skies with artificial smog for global water cycle management must have a very damaging impact on all life, which we can observe across the world now.

Das ist eine nicht-genomische Wirkung – das Vitamin selbst wird in die Membran eingebaut, um sie zu stabilisieren!

Und ich habe mit den Forschern gesprochen – die waren sehr enttäuscht, weil sie für die Arzneimittelentwicklung arbeiteten und hofften, sie würden etwas Einmaliges, vielleicht sogar ein Patent finden – und dann erweist sich, das ausgerechnet Vitamin D die effektivste Verbindung ist!"
