1. Entry
In this article I would like to briefly outline the process of climate control. For details on individual aspects of climate control and other methods of geoengineering, further articles and sources are linked at key words.
I wrote the article with the 10 phases of climate control because friends asked about it, as they needed to offer such a short description to others. Many people don't read long texts and if, they often fail to understand, because of the supposedly complex explanations. The content is essentially based on the exchange with friends via email.
As everyone can see with regard to the drought which has become "normal" in Europe, a horde of Vikings and Mongols does not have to fall over the country to steal property and cattle and abduct people and leave those who remain in distress. The climate rulers control the global water cycle with just a few mouse clicks from their home office. Most of it is pre-programmed and runs on autopilot.
We are in the same boat, a global one, and completely powerless at the mercy of climate geoengineering psychopaths and technicians.

The aerosol trails and veils prove that fine dust spraying continues. The beginning is far more in the north, east and west, but not necessarily above the metropolitan areas.

I assume, the fact that it is now compulsory to wear dust masks around the world is a very important indication of the increased use of fine dust from biological waste, in addition to the fly ash from coal-fired power plants, sulfur powder from petroleum refineries and asbestos.
The climate control industry fear mongers from poisons, which it is already using since decades! The following article is serves to apologize and condition for legalization of ongoing crime.

4. The Process
The climate control process consists of the following phases:
- Spraying of fluorine and chlorine into the ozone layer to create ozone holes.
- Warming up of the entire column of air below the ozone layer.
- Absorption of high amounts of moisture in the column of air, below the ozone holes.
- Systematic blowing of fine dust into the middle and upper troposphere.
- Accumulation of moisture on the fine dust and formation of aerosol veils.
- Further accumulation of moisture so that the aerosol veils grow into thick aerosol clouds.
- During the entire process, the horizontal shift of moisture occurs along the natural currents.
- Amplification, concentration and control of the currents through HAARP systems.
- Meanwhile, also artificial and strong lifting of moisture by swarms of spout drones.
- Controlled precipitation in the target areas of water delivery.
5. The beginning?
The naturally available water is not simply stolen, but rather more water is lifted and shifted into the tropospheric currents from the oceans, lakes and glaciers. Therefore extreme precipitation and extraordinary floods can occur on the way, like from 2002 to 2006 in Central Europe. Accordingly, the beginning of extensive climate control in German airspace can be set to the time of the Red-Green coalition government, but there are indications that the process was initiated already in 1996.
Before the water was moved and practically stolen across Europe, this process began in 1991 via East Africa. To grab the airspace a coup by a "colorful revolution" was staged in Somalia in 1991, marked by the massive dead falling of birds from the sky. I have already written several times about the situation in Somalia and Yemen.
For the USA and some other regions, the official start can be set to 1960, as described in the memorandum on climate control, after 20 years of research.
The El Nino machine from Jicamarca, Peru in 1961 is particularly indicative. In the light of the "necessity" of imperial control of the skies, the brutal military coups throughout Latin America and elsewhere must be reconsidered according the implementation of climate control in the southern hemisphere.
Whether in East Africa, Europe or elsewhere, the result is nothing but extremes; extreme precipitation, extreme dust, extreme drought, extreme lightning etc.
The repressions of the Corona dictatorship are also extreme. Those who do not want to wear a mask are not allowed to go shopping, go to school, travel or even go to work. Resisting employees forced to leave without payment. The unions and work councils eagerly approve to these coercive measures.
6. Consequences
The horizontal and vertical shift in temperature and humidity has fatal consequences for all regions of the world, since climate control can only be operated efficiently on a global scale. Climate control is the essence of globalization and the basis of a globalist-corporatist system of governance.
While the global strategic target regions receive an unnaturally high amount of water, areas that were previously water-rich are suffering from a water shortage.
The
- systematic formation of ozone holes,
- blowing of fine dust and
- the high frequent radiation
- drought,
- flooding,
- dusting,
- mass extinction of species,
- famine,
- mass migration etc.
